At Veda Station, each blend is crafted with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make the experience smooth and supportive.

returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. 

For safety and quality reasons, products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging. 

 

To initiate a return, simply contact us with your order number and reason for returning. 

 

As a small, handcrafted business, we kindly ask customers to cover the return shipping cost

unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll take care of everything.

 

Please note: We cannot accept returns based on taste preference, as natural herbal blends vary 

gently from batch to batch.

exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product:

       1. Reach out to us with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. 

 

       2. We’ll guide you through eligibility, including product condition and time frames. 

 

       3. Pack the item securely and follow the return instructions we provide. 

 

       4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange within 2–4 business days.

 

       5. Your replacement product will be shipped to you promptly. 

 

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or

there was an error on our end.

If your order isn’t what you expected or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon 

as possible. We will: 

 

      ● Cover all return shipping costs 

 

      ● Replace the item free of charge 

 

      ● Resolve the issue quickly and with care 

 

We may request photos so we can understand what happened and continue improving our

packaging and processes.

lost return parcels

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns and exchanges.

Veda Station is not responsible for parcels lost in transit during the return process.

refund method

We do not offer refunds, however approved returns will receive store credit that can be used 

on any future purchase. Store credit is issued once the returned item has been received and 

inspected.
